Welcome to Hot Pink Cleaners (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile services, and all cleaning, tailoring, and delivery services provided by Hot Pink Cleaners.

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Overview

Hot Pink Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, tailoring, leather cleaning, and household item care services, including pickup and delivery within designated areas such as Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Denver Tech Center, Cherry Creek, Bonnie Brae, Landmark, and Englewood.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed online, in-store, or via phone.
  • Payments are due at the time of service confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major payment methods as listed on our website.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless specified.

3. Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery schedules are based on customer location and availability.
  • Customers must ensure items are ready for pickup and accessible to our driver.
  • Missed pickups or deliveries may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
  • Hot Pink Cleaners is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, road closures, etc.).

 

4. Garment Care and Handling

We take great care in handling every garment entrusted to us. However:

  • Please inform us of any special care requirements when submitting items.
  • We are not responsible for wear and tear, color loss, shrinkage, or damage caused by manufacturing defects, weak fabric, or previous improper cleaning.
  • Stain removal is attempted with the utmost care, but results are not guaranteed.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • In rare cases of loss or damage, claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
  • Our liability is limited to the fair value of the item, not exceeding 10 times the cleaning cost of that item.
  • Items left unclaimed after 90 days will be considered abandoned and donated.

6. Alterations and Tailoring

  • Fittings must be attended in person or confirmed through written instructions.
  • Once altered, garments cannot be returned to their original form.
  • Hot Pink Cleaners is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client.

7. Leather and Specialty Items

Leather, suede, and specialty fabrics require delicate handling. While every effort is made to restore them safely, results may vary due to material composition and prior treatment.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
  • Refunds are issued only for orders that have not been processed.
  • Once cleaning or alteration has begun, refunds cannot be provided.

9. Use of Website

By accessing our website:

  • You agree not to misuse the site, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Content, images, and trademarks displayed are owned by Hot Pink Cleaners and protected under copyright law.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

11. Limitation of Liability

Hot Pink Cleaners will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website, including loss of profits, business interruptions, or personal dissatisfaction with cleaning outcomes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
